Great warmed cake-style, or placed in a bowl with milk and maple syrup or brown sugar. This recipe is a gift from BumbleBerry friend, Verna C., Pennsylvania. Ingredients:3 c. rolled oats½ c. BumbleBerry Farms Heritage Select Honey2 tsp. ground cinnamon2 tsp. baking powder½ c. ground flax seed1 tsp. salt1 c. milk, 2 eggs¼ c. canola oil½ c. unsweetened applesauce2 tsp. vanilla1/3 c. each of dried cranberries, raisins and walnuts2 pureed bananasDirections:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, mix together oats, honey, ground flax, cinnamon, baking powder, raisins, cranberries, walnuts, and salt. Beat milk, eggs, canola oil, applesauce, bananas and vanilla extract. Slowly stir together. Spread into a 9×5 baking dish.Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
