A healthy summer cooler that’s honey sweet and fruity good!

    Ingredients:

    1 cup fresh, ripe fruit

(we used kiwi and strawberries), chopped

    1-1/2 cups plain yogurt

    1/3 cup honey

    1 teaspoon vanilla

8 paper cups (3 oz.) and popsicle sticks or plastic spoons

In a blender, combine all ingredients; mix well OR layer fruit flavors like we did, popping them into the freezer between layers. Pour into eight (3 oz.) paper cups; insert popsicle sticks or plastic spoon in center of each. Freeze 4 hours or until solidly frozen.

    1. We love your website and have some delicious yogurt pops in our freezer at all times. In fact, my daughter, Esther, turns 3 next week, and requested the pops instead of cake or pie!
